Fresh and amazing

Food was better than bad. Service not so much. My friend waited 30min for a water refill, I didn't even ask for a second beer cause I knew it was going to take a long time. Felt like we got hella overlooked because we are hispanic, our server always went to a white couple before she came to our table even though we arrived and received her service first, I don't get it, is it a waitress/service thing to go to someone else first? They came back real quick with our check though when we asked for it ..will come back just hope it's not the same server. Food was pretty good though. (Yes we still tipped cause I always tip)

One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The pan seared pork dumplings are absolutely incredible. The inside is beautiful, staff is amazing, service is top notch.

This evening, we came to this Japanese restaurant, I want to order, allowed to go home to eat, but the waiter racial discrimination, refused my request. Very bad attitude.

An average sushi restaurant. Ok service and quality. But we expected much more due to the rating and reviews.

Management is quite rude here and from previous reviews, that seems to be a common occurrence. I tried several times to get the manager's attention when she was right next to my table, but she flat out ignored me. She only responded to the other person at my table and did not even acknowledge me while she was at our table. The food was mediocre and the bad restaurant experience has definitely clouded my experience here. I did not feel comfortable dining in this restaurant at all. I rarely have the desire to, but if I could give a negative rating, I would give this place one.

The otoro is the best I've had in Houston, can't wait to go again! They're even certified.

Sat in traditional Japanese room. Had unagi, was out of this world! Came all the way from Clear Lake to eat here. A+

I went with my parents to sushi jin today, were my first time and I have to say that Everyone there were very nice and attentive,My waitress and busboy were excellent I'm going to bring my wife next time.

I wish I had taken photos of the beautifully arranged sushi that we had, this was definitely the best I've had in Houston so far

We had our son 16th birthday here last night, and we were surprised how exceptional food is. The waitress, Ms. HEE is excellent , and the tatami room is not only serene and beautiful, but absolutely a fun experience for us. Their Omakase is definitely outstanding. Overall this place is a gem and we will be back more often

What a gem in the Memorial area!! We finally had the chance to try Sushi Jin and it was fantastic. Trying different selections of fish and rolls and all were exceptional. Hope to go back very soon.

Mediocre food for the price. This is the type of business that will run your credit card for the second time to charge $0.57 for half a cap of spicy mayo after you spent almost $60 on a pick up order and left a tip. My husband brought the food home, and it looked/tasted no different than sushi from HEB - not great.

Very fresh seafood and expertly assembled rolls. Will return.
